Prospects Through Qualification
An initiative for strengthening the competitiveness of small and medium-sized companies in the Lahn-Dill region.
Companies rely on the knowledge, abilities and skills of their workforce. This is exactly where the qualification offensive of the Lahn-Dill region comes in. The project „ProAbschluss“ of the state of Hessia is being managed by the Society for Business Development, Educational and Employment Initiatives (GWAB).
The qualification offensive pursues the following goals:
- Strengthening of the competitiveness of small and medium-sized companies in the Lahn-Dill region
- Support of managers and employees in the area of further training
- Creation of more transparency on the further training market

- Support for determining the demand for further training

- Initiation of made-to-measure further training measures
