The W3+ Fair is the marketplace for future technologies and cross-industry exchange in Wetzlar and Jena.
The W3+ Fair in Wetzlar was launched for the first time in 2014. Since then, the networking fair with its unique cross-sector concept has become firmly established. Knowledge, technologies, trends and talents from the fields of optics, photonics, electronics and mechanics come together at the high-tech locations of Wetzlar / Central Hesse and Jena / Thuringia.
Researchers, developers, and producers from the four key technologies network with each other and meet top international experts from important application areas such as MedTech, Life Sciences, Automotive, Aerospace, Consumer Electronics, and Tools & Machinery. The W3+ Fair takes place at two top technology locations, where local companies are celebrating global success: in the optics region of Wetzlar in Hesse and in Jena in Thuringia, the trade fair leverages the appeal of the economically strong high-tech industry. The W3+ Fair is organized by the Hamburg-based trade fair organizer Fleet Events.
