10 Years iperdi Wetzlar

iperdi Wetzlar was founded ten years ago. Yet, the employees did not feel like celebrating although they would have had every reason to do so. “In 2020, everything was different due to the corona pandemic but we may still look back upon the past ten years with quite some pride because those have been successful years,” summarizes Michael Ebert, managing partner of iperdi Wetzlar. Together with his team, he has established a valuable network: “The most important thing in our trade is the contact to the local businesses,” he points out, “because this is the only way to keep the requirements of our customers in mind.” Of course, these requirements have changed, the progressing digitization calls for a workforce with different qualifications, and job profiles have altered.
